TITLEBEE

Privacy Policy

The Short Version

Introduction

TitleBee (“we,” “our,” or “us”) builds free tools for writing better headlines, titles, and copy. This policy explains what little information the site handles and how. We designed TitleBee to need as little of your data as possible, and this document is meant to be read and understood, not to bury the point in legalese.

How the Tools Handle Your Text

This is the part that matters most for a site like ours. Every calculator and checker on TitleBee — the headline pixel counter, meta description checker, headline analyzer, title case converter, readability calculator, and email subject-line checker — runs entirely in your own browser using JavaScript. The text you type or paste is processed on your device and is never sent to our servers, saved to a database, or logged. When you close the tab, it is gone. We could not read what you analyzed even if we wanted to.

Information We Do Not Collect

Information We Do Collect

Email address (only if you give it). If you subscribe to updates or email us, we keep your address to send what you asked for or to reply. You can unsubscribe from any email with one click, and you can ask us to delete your address at any time.

Basic technical logs.Like most websites, our host records standard request information — browser type, approximate region from an IP address, and pages requested — for security and to keep the site running. These logs are not used to identify you and are rotated on a short schedule.

Cookies, Advertising & Analytics

TitleBee is supported by advertising. We use Google AdSense, and Google and its partners may set cookies to serve and measure ads, including ads based on your prior visits to this and other sites. We may also use privacy- respecting analytics to understand which tools and articles are useful in aggregate. You can control or opt out of personalised advertising through Google Ads Settings and the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out. See our Cookie Policy for more.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal information we hold (in practice, an email address if you gave us one), to object to processing, or to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email support@titlebee.com and we will act on it.

Children

TitleBee is a general-audience tool for writers and marketers and is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of the page. The client-side, text-stays-in-your-browser design of the tools is a core commitment we do not intend to walk back.
