Our Tools Produce Estimates

TitleBee’s headline and copywriting tools model published, widely-used conventions rather than the private, unpublished rules of any specific platform:

• Pixel widthsfor the headline pixel counter and meta description checker are estimated from standard Arial font metrics that approximate Google’s desktop rendering. The exact truncation point varies by device, browser, and query, and Google changes it over time.
• Readability scoresuse the Flesch Reading Ease and Flesch–Kincaid grade-level formulas with a heuristic syllable counter. They are close estimates, and unusual words can be off by a syllable.
• The headline score is a heuristic based on curated wordlists and length ranges. It reflects patterns common to strong headlines but cannot judge whether a headline is true, relevant, or right for your audience.
• The spam-word check compares your subject line to a fixed list of common trigger words. Real spam filters are far more complex and weigh sender reputation, authentication, and engagement most heavily.
